ProLogis Warehouse (Old Gap Distribution warehouse) – Edgewood, MD

This project involved extensive modifications on a warehouse building, and included demolishing 800 LF of wall for the installation of 47 new loading docks, lowering an existing wall footing 4’, casting tilt-up panels, and pouring a new loading dock apron.

MTA MARC Train Station – Laurel, MD

G.C. package included the demolition of the existing wood platform, rebuilding existing concrete piers, installing new concrete piers, structural steel substructure, wood joists, TREX decking, fiberglass hand railing, electrical wiring, vinyl coated chain link fencing, and new landscaping.  All work was performed along an active CSX and MARC train railroad tracks.

Inner Harbor North Shore – Baltimore, MD

This project included forming and pouring the concrete sheet pile cap on the North Shore bulkhead in Canton. Work was accomplished by utilizing a barge for a working platform and a barge-mounted crane.
